1. The service

ShipDoctor is a command-line tool and website by Thamizh Eniyan. It checks Android and iOS projects and builds for common release problems and can change project files when you ask it to (Pro).

2. Free and Pro plans

The free features may be used by anyone, for personal or commercial projects. Pro is a subscription ($5 per month or $50 per year, plus taxes where applicable) that unlocks applying fixes and generating CI configurations. Each license key is for the person who bought it, on their own computers.

3. Payments, renewals and refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel through the link in your purchase email. Cancelling stops future renewals; your current key keeps working until it expires. If Pro doesn’t work for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.

4. Your responsibility

ShipDoctor shows every change before applying it and keeps a backup you can restore with shipdoctor undo. You remain responsible for reviewing changes, keeping your own backups and version control, and for what you build and publish. Store rules are set by Apple and Google, change often, and are applied at their discretion. ShipDoctor cannot guarantee that an app will be approved.

5. License

ShipDoctor is free to use but not open source. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or bypass the license checks of the software or its error database. See the LICENSE file included with the tool.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use the support form to send malware, other people’s personal data, or content you have no right to share, and don’t try to disrupt the service.

7. No warranty and liability

ShipDoctor is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including store rejections, lost revenue or lost data), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: support@shipdoctor.dev.
